I bought a Canon imageprograf 1000 a few weeks ago and am trying to print heavyweight fine art paper (72 lb). It printed fine a few times, but now it says "paper has run out" every other sheet of paper, even when I have 10 sheets of paper in the rear tray. I wiggle the paper a little and it usually will accept it and print another ONE sheet of paper, then gives me the same error again. It says support code 1000, if that helps.
I need to print hundreds of prints. I can't just sit here and watch the printer and wiggle paper one at a time. LOL
Anyone have advice? This is incredibly frustrating.
