Pixma Pro-100 new. Can not get Black to show up on test print. Have tried cleaning & deep cleaning over and over. Also print head alignment has been done. Seems like black ink cartridge is clogged. Any suggestioins other than purchasing a new ink cartridge?

Thank you ebiggs1. I read that earlier this morning and did everything EXCEPT the Q-tip cleaning step. Finally with nothing to loose I tried some warm water on a Q-tip and the black is now working!! Just printed a B&W and a Color print and they look great! Some further calibrations and all will be good.

I did the deep cleaning a number of times. Was not successful. Turned the printer off and left it overnight. Deep cleaned 2 times the next day My printer is now printing again
