Hi, I'm printing with the prograf-300 pro. In photoshop I set my canvas size to 8x10. My paper is set to 8.5x11. I put a border on the canvas so I could see exactly where to cut my image at 8x10. For some reason every time I print it is coming out at roughly 8 1/8 by 10 1/8. I know that isn't all that much but when I have that border on it to cut it down for frame and it comes out too big it's really turning into a pain! I've tried printing from photoshop and lightroom with same results. From lightroom I even set the "cell size" to 8x10 and it still printed too large. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
