pro 300 margins with glossy and semi-gloss papers

Canon pro 300 with Lightroom Classic 13.0.1 1printing 4x6.  Want a border around the photo.  Set the ratio to 4x6/2x3 in print section.   zoom to fill.  I can't get even white border.  I must be doing some calculation wrong because on screen it looks good.   Pointers?

I don't have a Pro-300. so I will use my Pro-100 info as an example.

In your printer manual you should have info such as this:

It give the maximum printing area on a particular paper. The printer establishes certain minimum margins. The margins are not even. If you don't set margins in the printing app then zoom to fill will uses the maximum printing area. If you want even margins you would need to set the margin on all four sides equal or greater than the largest imposed margin.
