imagePROGRAF TA-30 says margins will appear even with borderless printing selected

Error message - on the large format - 

"When I start the printer there is a notice with red sign "Margins will appear even if borderless printing is set as head alignment not performed"

Coincidence might be that over the weekend we had a power outage.  Backup battery pack would have kept it powered, but utility company said outage was about 4 hours.  I think this is a coincidence and not related, but it was working just fine last week, prior.

1st time to use it was yesterday Thursday - and the computer that is connected to that printer has a message of printer not responding.  The large format has error message as stated above.  Before I call a tech , thought I would post since this could be an easy fix, besides turning off all systems...which I have done several times.

Performing a Print head alignment should clear the message "Margins will appear even if borderless printing is set as head alignment not performed." Please follow the steps at this link to perform an Automatic Adjustment to Straighten Lines and Colors - Auto (Standard). If you are still unable to print, we will need additional information before we can recommend a solution.
