This is the second prograph 1000 that has done this. They replaced the last one and I’m not sure I want a 3rd. The print head is actually hitting the paper making it turn. Has anyone else had this issue? The prevent print abrasion does not help.

I think it’s solved. The print head height was sent in low for some reason. Not sure if that where it’s supposed to be, but I set it to standard and seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks random guy on REDDIT
