I am a struggling newbie for all intens and purposes. Just plugged in my new Pro1oo and I am getting a brown tinge to what should be B&W  prints.I checked what seems but am at a loss.

Print Quality settings for the Pro-100

For the Pro-100, what does Print Quality setting 1 do?  Does this setting provide 600 ppi?  Unidirectional printing? What Does Print Quality settings 2 and 3 do?  300 ppi?  Bydirectional printing. Same questions about Print Quality 4 and 5? Thanks.

I have been using the "Print Studio Pro" plugin with Photoshop Elements 11 to print to my PIXMA Pro-10 photo printer.I upgraded to Photoshop Elements 12, and now cannot install the plugin to Elements 12.Any thoughts?Thanks in advance,Hans
