Trouble Printing 16x20 Borderless on Pro Luster Paper (ImagePROGRAF PRO-1100)

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble printing a 16x20 borderless photo using Premium Pro Luster paper on my ImagePROGRAF PRO-1100. The only 16x20 size option I see is not borderless — the borderless option doesn’t appear at all.

From what I understand, this printer should support borderless printing up to 17x22, so I’m confused why 16x20 isn’t available as a borderless size.

Has anyone run into this issue or know how to enable 16x20 borderless printing with Pro Luster?

Borderless printing is not supported with the 16" x 20" paper size:
