Pro 1000 printing full bleed 16x20

I can’t find a setting under paper sizes for a 16x20. When I set one up custom I can’t full bleed. Any suggestions?

The Pro-100 is designed to print specific sizes full bleed. Unfortunately as a custom size the 16"x20" is not one of the available sizes. Printing a 17"x22" and trimming it down to 16"x20" may be optional. For more information on available full bleed sizes, click HERE.
