Pro-100 messes up my prints! Grr!

Hey everyone,

I got my Pro-100 in November last year, was really excited as a hobby artist to be able to make prints of my artwork.

But printing my art has become pain in the a** with this printer and a very frustrating experience.

My art is dominated by black a lot. Currently I am trying to print my artwork on RedRiverPaper Palo Duro Soft Gloss rag. I did my research and make sure I have all right settings, printing with white border, prevent paper abrasion "on". Manual feed.

I get these annoying horizontal glairs on random horrizonal sections of my prints, always one per print. Additinally randomly scratches on the print when printing is done. Currently I wasted 4 sheets in a row and this paper ain't cheap. Normally it happens 5/10 times and that's not cool, it drives me crazy!

Any help would be appreciated.
