Printer seems to recognize a new tank by changing the light to solid, however the utility on the PC still thinks it's empty and won't let me print. Any suggestions?
Maybe try canceling printing and retry?
I have never experienced that. Are you using Canon OEM cartridges?
I've done that several times. Yes, Canon ink.
I may have to try that. There is a maintenance item in the queue that I can't delete. It won't let me print anything right now.
