Pixma pro-200 missing parts

While I was setting up this printer I noticed it is missing the printer head lock. I can’t seem to find where I can get that part. Does anyone out there know where I can get it? I’m also guessing that missing part is the reason my test prints turned out so awful?

Well it’s the only place that has this printer. Amazon has already accepted the return process so I’ll be getting my money back and get an Epson
