Hi,
I bought a Pixma Pro-200 last year and have been using it to print art prints. I use Fotospeed Platinum Etching 285 paper via the manual feed, and find that when printing borderless on A4 paper I get black marks on the trailing edge corners, and sometimes along the entire trailing edge. It hasn't occurred on A3 paper of the same type.
The paper settings are set to Premium Fine Art Rough, although I have also tried Matte Photo and Heavyweight and get the same results. Prevent paper abrasion is on and doesn't get rid of the issue. I have done automatic cleaning of the rollers and plates but no manual cleaning yet.
I saw a suggestion that changing the paper settings might help but I've had no luck so far.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to remedy the problem?
Thanks
