So my Pixma Pro-100 seems to be confused about which is the rear tray and which is manual. In order to get it to print from the manual source I have to tell it to feed from the rear. And it won't feed from the rear no matter what I do. Anyone have any insights here?

Just started. It coincides with a failure of the driver to recognize the “ignore paper width” modification in the driver. I’m getting to the point of just making stuff up to see what happens. And when I do that, sometimes it actually prints something. Not what I want, but something.

New printer or problem just started?
Without doubt this is the most temperamental computer related device I have ever owned.

Reinstall latest driver. If that doesn’t resolve call Canon at 1-800-OK-CANON.

Thank you. Already updated the driver when addressing a different problem. That was when this odd behavior started in fact. I’ll call Canon.
