Pixma Pro-100 border printing issue?

Hi everyone! I have an art convention coming up and want to ensure smooth printing as possible!

I print 11x14 art prints with white borders through the manual tray. I’m not sure if it’s an alignment issue but my prints were always hit or miss in printing, with one side having a larger border than the other. I suspected the paper might be slightly shifted to one side during printing since the print preview was always correct and I use a Paint to give me equal borders. I use the paper sliders and try to be careful with how I put the paper, so I have no idea if it could be something else.

Is there a way to ensure it prints correctly each time? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

If you think your paper is shifting you could try a roller cleaning operation.
