I am attempting to update my firmware on a Canon pro-100. The current firmware is 1.040 and the intended firmware is 2.031. The printer was initially set up with a wireless connection but I removed the printer and reinstalled it with a USB connection. The printer is connected to a USB properly, is capable of printing test pages, and appears to work fine as a printer. However, when I attempt to install, the installation fails with the message: Send error occurred during the printer update function..... I have included screenshots of the start and error. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
