Pixma Pro 100 - No option for Premium Fine Art Smooth

Hi there,

I've just bought the Pixma Pro 100, as well as the Canon Premium Fine Art Smooth (A3) paper and upon attempting to print I've noticed I don't have the option for this paper? I've installed the drivers correctly as far as I know. See screenshots attached

Thank you!

I wouldn't say you can't use it. You could try selecting a listed paper with a similar surface and see how it works. If it prints okay as far as ink lay down you could get a custom profile. Or it could be that the Canon profile for the surrogate paper is fine as is.

Canon only lists it as compatible with image-Prof 1000.

Ahh annoying! So I won't be able to use it? I didn't see anywhere that it listed printer compatibility
