Pixma Pro 10 Prints Color Images in Black and White

I've been having difficulty figuring out how to fix my Pixma Pro 10 which has been printing colors in only black and white with maybe a slight tint of color. No matter what settings, ICC profiles, etc. It worked in Oct to print but now I am having trouble fixing it. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

Print a nozzle check to verify all colors are printing correctly. 

If so, post a photo your output so we can see what the problem is.

This post is really useful for me. but my problem is different, I have a laptop and when I am using it shows epson workforce error 0x97 problem. I search many websites about this problem but did not get any proper solution for his problem.so now i really want a proper solution of this problem because i am too tired from this problem.

Hi Alice. That error code is for an Epson printer. This is a Canon user forum.
