Hi,
We recently added a 100s to our existing 100, did the install and a driver update. Since then, on occasion, borderless prints are not going to the edge across the top and right sides. A thin 1mm strip of unprinted paper.
This is manifested across both printers new and old but is sometimes sporadic as to when it happens. Like one out of every four prints of the same item will have it.
We are Mac users, what would be our best solution for this?

Are you saying it just started to happen? What post editor do you use. I have never run across this on my Windoze box but I have seen/heard of it for Mac users.
But if it din't happen until you got the new "S" printer, I would suspect a driver issue.
