I have just purchased a new Canon G3290 MegaTank Desktop Printer. I am having issues with the image printing an offset, leaving a white bar on the right side of my print.
Could anyone provide advice before I call customer support or return the printer?
Thanks in advance!

Here is an example of the printer working correctly:

Here is what it looks like when it prints incorrectly, which is most of the time:

Hi Danny. Thank you for your response.
Sorry about that confusion. I am using a PIXMA G3290 Printer with the provided G3090 series printer driver. I hope that clarifies things.
I think I found the solution though. I found some 30% lighter weight card stock from the same manufacturer that seems to feed without the shifting issues. I've done several test prints and all came out great. I hope that this is useful to anyone out there facing similar issues.
Thanks again!

Glad to hear that! While you're at it, you might also want to make sure you've got the right software for the job. The G3000 family of printers may be different enough from the G3200 family that the software for one might not necessarily work right on the other. You can download everything you need for free for the PIXMA G3290 right HERE.
