PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Power and Resume/Cancel Lights Flashing

When the printer is turned on, the power lit is keeping flashing. 

After the starting noise is gone, the resume/cancel lit starts to flash too.

Have no ideas what caused the issues, and have no clue how to fix it either.

I'm using Windows OS, and USB connection to the printer.

What happens if you press the Resume button?

The light will pause flashing for a second and then flashing again...
