PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Power and Resume/Cancel Lights Flashing

When the printer is turned on, the power lit is keeping flashing. After the starting noise is gone, the resume/cancel lit starts to flash too.Have no ideas what caused the issues, and have no clue how to fix it either.

The light will pause flashing for a second and then flashing again...

I'm using Windows OS, and USB connection to the printer.
