Black lines are being added to my art paper images. I have cleaned the Roller once and the Bottom Plate multiple times from the Maintenance tab. Ink deposits still appear after a Bottom Plate clean six times. The black lines appear only on art photo paper and not on other photo papers. Also the manual feed does not permit 5x7 paper size, which I am using.
