This is happening particularly on 5x7 envelopes. I had done standard cleaning, deep cleaning, bottom plate cleaning, roller cleaning, and still this. Please advise!

Hi Annalyced,
Please try increasing the distance of the printhead from the paper. This is performed through enabling the "Prevent Paper Abrasion" function of your PIXMA TS9521C.
To enable this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn your PIXMA TS9521C on.
2. Tap the gear icon at the bottom of your printer's display.
3. Tap Device settings.
4. Tap Print settings.
5. Tap Prevent paper abrasion.
6. Tap ON.
7. Tap the Home icon in the upper left corner.
Attempt to print.
