We have a G7020 printer on a Windows 10 OS. For some reason, it is now defaulting to to the rear paper tray instead of the cassette. How do I get it to go back to the cassette as the default paper source? I have set the properties paper source to cassette but seems like outlook keeps changing it to rear from time to time for whatever reason. I am am guessing a new update came through as this just started this week. Help...

Hi CHESSMA,
Please set the rear tray to the A4 paper size. When you print, you are using letter size, so the printer will draw the paper from the cassette, as that is where the letter size paper is loaded.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn your PIXMA G7020 on.
2. Press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G7020 one time.
3. Press the right arrow 3 times to select Feed settings and press OK.
4. Press OK on Save paper info.
5. Press OK on Rear tray.
6. Press OK again.
7. Use the left arrow to select A4 and press OK two times.
Attempt to print.
