Dear Support Team,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Canon Pixma Pro 200. Recently, when printing, I’ve noticed that there are yellow stains/blurs around every sticker I print that has a yellow hue only (I have attached the images) .I’ve been using the same print settings for over a year without any issues, but this problem just started. Also now I notice that the headers (that I print in black) smudge as if ink didn’t dry instantly.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Performed a nozzle cleaning (no improvement)
- Checked for any leaks from the yellow toner, but there doesn’t appear to be any.
- I’ve always used matte weatherproof sticker paper, and the plain setting worked fine until now. Changed the paper setting from plain to glossy or photo matte, but this made the print quality worse.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
Thank you so much in advance for any tips/wisdom, cause I have no idea in the world.
Sofii

Is it the same sticker product brand that you used before?

Yes, the same sticker paper. Actually, also the same inks and the same settings I have been using the whole time. That’s why it’s so confusing.
