My 13x19 prints on pixma pro 100 is not full page

I have checked printer preference and made sure my printer settting are set for A3 plus.  The prints comes out with the last 1/3 of the page blank.  I don't know what else I can do to fix this issue.

2. what software are you printing from?

3. can you post a screenshot of your print settings in the software?
