PIXMA MG7720 - Prints black streaks

My Cannon Pixma MG7720 prints black smeary streaks whenever it is printed in standard mode, however when you switch to high quality Photo its fine. I cant figure it out, I have done so many cleanings and head alignments, but it has no effect. I loved this printer before this happened, but now it uses so much ink.  Pictures for reference. Any ideas how this can be corrected?
