Horizontal White thin lines on Pixma PRO-200

AtomTik

Hello,

I'm printing from Affinity Designer on card stock paper 80 Lbs with my new printer and I see very thin horizontal white lines sometimes spaced as close as 3/32" (near top and bottom edges of sheet), most of the time spaced around 5/8". Some parts of the documents seem fine.

I have tried to print jpeg but I have the same result.

I ran a nozzle check test and saw nothing wrong.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi Arthur,

I actually reached out to Canon support and the solution was to print as photo. The only drawback is that the colors are much darker this way. I'm testing other brands of paper right now and I seem to get better results.

Thanks!

Hi,

Does this only happen when printing on Cardstock?

We look forward to your reply.

If you would like assistance in real time, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
