Canon print studio pro 2.2.3 installed but plugin not available in PS or LR - Windows 10

Hi All, 

I previously used this plugi in both LR and PS after automatic upgrades of Adobe, then theplugin is no longer available in either program. I tries reinstalling the plugin. I executed the psp_-win-2_2_3-ea10_3.exe, it install properly but no mention of PS or LR and when I star LR , ther eis no plugin. 

I am using Windows 10 and lates of Adobe (with auto updates)

Note, the plugin installer in windows is named PSETUP.exe
