Canon p200 Horizontal Lines, Won't Connect To PC Via Wifi

Hey y'all

I have a few issues with my Canon P200.

First, whenever I try and install the printer to work with drivers over the network on my Windows 10 PC, it can never find the printer. I ended up adding the printer to the network via the printer itself, and it's available on Windows, but I cannot add it via the actual set up driver that comes with the download. Even when I go by adding the ip address, nothing comes up. It's very frustrating as it locks me into only a4 sized printing (you need the actual driver application to change the size). Any ideas? I feel like I've tried it all

Second, suddenly this week my printer started printing faint horizontal lines on my print (see photo below for example). I've done a nozzle check, worried about doing a nozzle flush as it'll take a ton of ink, but not sure what else to do here. When I print, I print in high quality and at 300ppi, which makes a small difference, but the lines are still there.

Finally, my printer has been printing very blocky in the shadows. Any idea s to why? this printer was a ton of money and worked totally fine for the first 3 months of it's usage, even though I was using it in a round about way. Curious as to why it's not working now.
