I want to print text in gray and it prints in light pink, even if I select to print in grayscale.
I have updated drivers.
How can I fix it?
This has been happening to me forever, I have had the printer for a year.

curious to know if you were able to fix this yet? Im starting to look at replacement Pixma and looking for alternative to MX922. Tks!

Hi mayluxcraft,
Please load plain paper into the top feed of your PIXMA PRO-200 and then follow these steps:
1. Press the Home button on your PRO-200 one time.
2. Use the down arrow to select Maintenance and press OK.
3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.
4. Select Yes and press OK.
A test page will print.
Please compare your printout with the example below.
If they do not match, please follow all of the steps on this page from the manual to resolve this:
PRO-200 series > Maintenance and Consumables > Maintenance Procedure
