Canon Pro-100 How-To Print Using Just the Black Ink Cartridge?

Hi, does anyone know if possible to print just using the black ink cartridge on the Canon Pro-100? I have a lot of plan drawings that all of sudden I need to get done at home. I want to save my colors for my photos.

Hi cloves,

Unfortunately, there will not be a way to use just the black tank in the printer. The pro-100 is a dedicated photo printer and  it will use a combination of inks when printing any color. The ink system works differently than one of our photo all in ones that have a large black tank dedicated to document printing.
