Canon Pro 10 won't load 4x6 pro platinum paper

Canon Pro 10 won't load 4x6 pro platinum paper

Cleaned the rollers, sometimes it works if I shove the paper in at the right time.

All other paper sizes (bigger) load fine.

There's got to be a better way. Printer has low hours, nearly new.

Sometimes unchecking the paper width check book can resolve a feed problem.
