Canon Pixma Pro 100 wireless/network Error " Another computer is using the printer."

Hello everyone

I need help for canon printer problem

I had been used this printer over a year for both win 7 & 10.

everything, the same, not thing changed, but somehow yesterday and today I try to print for both OS win 7 and 10,  I got the same error "Another computer is using the printer."

I uninstall drive and reinstall still got no luck the same error still show up.

Did you check both computers to be sure there isn't something in the print queue?
