I am planning on updating the firmware. Per the instructions - Confirm that the sleep mode is disabled on the computer. How do I disable? I cannot find sleep mode in Printer Utilities. There is an Auto Power option which is disabled - is that sleep mode? Thanks.
Per Canon Support - there are two versions of this printer (old and new). I have new and the current firmware version is 2.001. I can check and update my firmware by entering my printer IP address in Safari which launches a Canon Printer Utility.
