MY printer is canon pro 100, and i can not print out other colors

MY printer is canon pro 100, it is new. I only can print one color, sometimes is sharow red , sometime is sharow blue  and sometimes is others . What is going on ? 

Also, i keep installing many times driver but it still shows can not print because the software is not supportted when i use image garden !

Use the OnScreen manual and follow instructions for running a nozzle check and verify that everything is clean and capable of printing.

If that is OK  come back with a better description of what you are trying to print.

If the nozzle check and cleaning doesn't get the printer printing all 8 colors bring it back, since it is new.
