Canon Pixma PRO-100S

Hi all,

I've had my Pixma PRO-100S for about a year and it seems it's gone from great to terrible in the last few months. There's lots of smudges and marks on all prints at the minute and no amount of cleaning seems to fix it.

Do I need to take it apart and clean it? I don't know what I can do now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Lewis

Try executing Roller Cleaning and Bottom Plate Cleaning from the printer driver.

Thanks for help John. I've tried all cleaning options now but it's still doing the same. Any other thoughts on perhaps manually cleaning things?

See image below. This is after running the bottom plate cleaning 8 times. Do I just keep doing it until clean?

Thanks again for the help.

Give your Canon support line a call and see what they advise. I've never had to run more than three cleanings.
