11x14 printing issue

I’m having a hard time trying to print 11x14 photos on my Pixma pro-100 and I know the printer is capable of doing so. Do I need to print in a certain program? I use GIMP. I change the settings to custom in the printer’s print preferences and in GIMP & still it prints 8.5x11. Total waste of time & paper ☹️

Hi. Thanks for responding but I figured it out already. I had to go into my printing preferences and change the settings to 11x14. All good. Thanks again for responding. Much appreciated
