imageRUNNER 1023iF Copier smearing

I have a Canon Image Runner 1023IF that smears the left side of the paper on each copy. I am attaching a pic of the problem. I have replaced a roller that I thought was toner soaked on that end. That was not the case.

It is a new drum as well as toner cartridge. I have 2 other machines that I can rob parts from. Appreciate any suggestions.
