imagePROGRAF iPF605 Printhead Error

I bought a used IPF605 and the printhead needed replacing .  I got a new printhead and installed according to the manual and the instructions on screen and even in the service mode it keeps telling me I need a new printhead.

How do I clear this, I have reset the machine to factory defaults and it still shows the message.

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
