imagePROGRAF TA-30: Errors can't fill the printhead and printhead not recognized

I have a TA-30 with a PF-06 printhead that started giving a can't fill printhead error on the Matte Black tank so after trying 4 cleanings in maintenance mode, I decided to replace the printhead. However, every printhead I install gives me an error screen saying printhead not recognized however, if I put the old one back in, I an error screen saying it can't fill the printhead from matte black I am hoping someone here may have some advice, cause i have literally tried 3 printheads

here is a nozzle check from maintaince mode also the inklines are all full no air it is almost like the error on the printhead is a phantom code20250926_130236.jpg
