Hi there! I have a canon imageprograf TM 200. It was working totally fine but now won’t recognize the MBK or BK inks. I’ve tried replacing the cartridges but it doesn’t do anything. It weirdly will recognize the MBK if the BK tanks is open and the BK if the MBK tank is open. Not sure what to do— any advice would be greatly appreciated.
