I have been having a problem with the printer not printing specific custom sizes for example, I want a print that is exactly 36"x36" but what I get is 36" wide and 35.5" long. I have know idea how to correct it other than reconfiguring the size in Photoshop. It has been time consuming and a huge waste of materials getting things corrected.
I have owned the printer for at least 6 years and never had this issue until the last year or so. I print from Photoshop and it is the latest version.
If anybody can offer up a solution I would sooo appreciate it. CK
