imagePROGRAF TZ-30000 D size prints plot out 36" square, wrong orientation

We recently purchased a Canon TZ-30000. When we print "D" size copies from AutoCAD or Bluebeam, the print comes out of the plotter vertical (when plotting landscape) and also 36" square. How do we fix this issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you find solution? We have problem with cutting paper at a wrong size, a blank space on top
