I've been doing double-sided prints by printing via the paper roll, flipping the print over, then feeding it back into the printer and printing via the manual sheet function. I'm using 20lb. bond paper with the "Plain Paper" setting.
It has been going fine until today. When I attempt to print using the manual sheet function, the paper curls up inside the top cover instead of feeding out. The printer carriage gets caught on the paper and jams.
There are no problems printing from the roll.
I have restarted the printer, cleaned the printer head, aligned the print head, and increased the vacuum suction. Nothing has solved the issue.
