Hi, I've been having issues with my CANON Imageprograf TC-20 displaying a false paper jam when there is no jam at all, I am unsure whether there is something wrong with a sensor but this is what exactly happens.
I schedule an A1 poster to be printed to this printer,
Printer displays PRINTING as it should then it beeps and says paper not loaded so I load the paper until i hear the beep as instructed. It feeds the paper through. Second time it attempts to feed paper back in, it beeps with a paper jam when there is nothing jammed.
I am not sure what else to do, I have checked everything for a jam, nothing. We do have this printer in a dusty warehouse and I'm not sure whether dust is affecting a sensor?
Any help would be great thank you.
