imagePROGRAF TC-20 Media type for matte polyester canvas

Trying to load 240 GSM Matte Polyester Canvas on my ImagePROGRAF TC-20. What media type should I be choosing on the displayed menu? Synthetic?

Have you tried using the Media Configuration Tool to create a custom media type?  Information on using this tool can be viewed in the manual here:

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF TC-20 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with using your media.
