So we purchased the system some years ago. Some time ago it started acting weird. For example it never detects the correct size of blueprint placed in the scanner. If I place a ANSI C size print to be scanned instead of 22in wide it tells me the print is 24 or 28 or even 31 inch wide. Each time I feed same print same location on the scanner it gives me different size reading. This is very inconvenient if we scan to folder as PDF file. Then it saves it as the size detected which obviously not correct . What might cause that?
