Wondering if Canon has v4 drivers for the Canon ImageRUNNER Advance iR-ADV C5550 III and the Canon imageRUNNER Advance iR-ADV C5535 III. None of the drivers I looked at mention v4. Our Engineers want to replace the drivers with v4 drivers if possible, because they say it works better with current Windows Server versions when sharing and pushing via GPOs. We've updated the drivers to the latest downloads. Since then users are receiving a message when they try to print, stating that their drivers need updated, but we had Active Directory GPOs configured to allow non-admin users to install...it doesn't work anymore. We've been having to login to user's computers with a Domain Admin account, which then permits the drivers to update accordingly. We've tried the Generic Plus PS3 and Generic Plus UFRII drivers to no avail.

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
